Quickstart
This quickstart guide will help you connect your wallet to the Plasma blockchain, get ready to use our decentralized exchange, and start swapping tokens or providing liquidity easily.
Step 1: Add the Plasma Network to Your Wallet
To use PlasmaSwap, you need to add the Plasma blockchain network to your Ethereum-compatible wallet like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or others.
Use the following network details when adding Plasma:
Network Name
Plasma Mainnet Beta
RPC URL
Chain ID
9745
Currency Symbol
XPL
Block Explorer URL
How to Add Plasma Network on MetaMask (Example):
Open MetaMask and click the network dropdown at the top.
Select Add Network or Custom RPC.
Enter the Plasma network details from the table above.
Click Save to add Plasma to your MetaMask.
MetaMask will automatically switch to the Plasma network.
You can follow similar steps on other wallets by searching for an "Add Custom Network" option and entering the above Plasma chain parameters.
Step 2: Connect Your Wallet to PlasmaSwap
Visit the PlasmaSwap website.
Click Connect Wallet and choose your wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect).
Approve the connection in your wallet interface.
You are now connected to PlasmaSwap on the native Plasma chain!
Step 3: How to Swap Tokens
Choose the token you want to swap from in the "From" section.
Select the token you want to receive in the "To" section.
Enter the amount you want to swap.
Check the estimated transaction details and fees.
Click Swap and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Once confirmed, your tokens will be swapped instantly on PlasmaSwap.
Step 4: How to Provide Liquidity
Navigate to the Liquidity section on PlasmaSwap.
Select the token pair you want to provide liquidity for.
Enter the amounts of both tokens you want to add.
Approve the token transactions in your wallet if needed.
Confirm to add liquidity and receive LP tokens representing your share.
Enjoy rewards like trading fees and airdrop points by providing liquidity.

Always double-check you are connected to the Plasma Mainnet Beta network in your wallet when using PlasmaSwap.
